In the creation of my characters, Rami was originally African-American. Somewhere along the line, I started seeing him more as Indian because I started modeling him after two of my actual students. So, here he is with his “Amma,” who was very fun to draw.
As far as the shopping carts go, this is actually something that drives my weditor and I nuts. So much that I’ve stopped in the WalMart parking lot and told people, “HEY! That doesn’t go there!” It’s a bit of a pet peeve 😂- sometimes I just have to let the teacher out.
