Meet The Creature

We found out on Monday that our little town was canceling our Independence Day fireworks display. Many local towns and major cities around us did the same. Those who put some thought into it still held theirs but launched the fireworks to a higher altitude so they could be seen across the whole town. Other, held them near stadiums so people could park and watch from their cars. We sat on the back deck and watched all the fireworks that the neighbors popped off despite being told by the city not to. I rather enjoyed it.
